The toy industry has got me in their grasp with all the He-Man toys I wanted when I was a kid but couldn't afford. i'm kind of scared to see the movie so they don't blow it for me. However, I did enjoy the newer cartoons that came out on Netflix a bit ago.

But the $30+ for the 2 available Thundercat figurines are cool, but not $30 cool!

As much as I love all the old cartoons, I only really get excited about toys for Voltron and Transformers. With the insane cost of everything these days, though, I am just as likely to not get them now as I was back then.

I totally hear you. I tried to get into transformers I did. My now 23 year old son liked G1 as well as a couple of others. They cost more I'll give y'all that.

I used to play with my brother's He-man toys. He had Transformers, too.

Luckily I have avoided this feeling. Toys/collectibles are not really my thing (besides Lego Minifigs). I tend to spend my money on filament for my 3d printer, some MtG cards and board games!!
