Fireside Games, the renowned creators of Castle Panic, have just released a thrilling new card matching game called Ultimatch, and it’s turning the competitive card game genre on its head by offering a cooperative gameplay experience.
In Ultimatch, the goal is to remove all cards from a randomly set 15 card pyramid by playing matches from your own hand. But here’s the twist – you can match cards through more than just color or number. You can also use the interactions between two cards like subtraction, addition, or color mixing!
The hook to Ultimatch is that every successful card match rewards players with even more cards to tackle the rest of the pyramid. And if you’re stuck with no legal moves and lose the match, don’t fret! Ultimatch is designed to be challenging yet fun, keeping you eager to jump back in and try again.
You can find Ultimatch now on the official Fireside Games Amazon store for just $9.95, ready to add to your fall gaming collection!
